Part 2: The Grand Finale

At the end of the much anticipated yearly employee event, our client tops it all off with a premier Grand Finale that leaves people energized and excited for the year to come. In our fourth year working together on the event, our teams really outdid themselves for the final soiree.

Taking place at the Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas, the Grand Finale for 2500 attendees was held in the grand ballroom. Leveraging Kennedy Creative’s exclusive line of rental furniture, the ballroom was given a modern club feel with a mix of chic lounge furniture and glowing cocktail tables, complete with VIP areas roped off in black velvet for the Black Tie dinner attendees. Simple, sleek centerpieces featuring modern vases and tropical leaves topped the dining tables and tall boys and lighting by Illios cast vibrant colors and patterns to add to the hip atmosphere. A custom backdrop was designed specifically for the event and provided an impressive accent to Dallas’s own Inside Out, who kept people entertained and dancing throughout the evening.

It was the perfect ending to an exciting yearly event and it left everyone wondering how we would top this one next year!
