Tricia could organize a three ring circus with one hand tied behind her back. A current member of MPI with over five years in the Legal Assistants Division of the State Bar of Texas, Trish makes it her priority to keep everyone organized. From producing our highest-caliber events to managing the team’s production schedule, she can juggle multiple tasks with the greatest of ease.

It takes a certain type of person to plan, organize and supervise functions of all shapes and sizes, but our Accounts Manager, Heatherly has the “can do” attitude that makes it all possible. With over 7 years of experience working for one of the largest DMCs in the country while living in Hawaii, Heatherly has managed over 200 Corporate and Association meeting and incentive programs ranging in scale from 50 to 5000 guests. This multi-tasker has a knack for managing all of the details associated with pursuing and executing off-property events and activities. Her skill set includes booking tours and recreation, registration, airport meet & greet, dine-arounds, themed events, concert production, all the while looking for new ways to excite clients. From negotiating contracts to site inspections, she knows what to ask, when to ask, and how to ask. No matter what or where, she’ll make sure you have an exclamation point moment.

When it comes to planning your wedding, you need someone you can rely on to be your right-hand gal. Sure you've got your MOH (Maid of Honor), but if you want to still be BFF after the wedding, you’ll want to keep the weight of your wedding off her shoulders. Instead, hand over the detail work to Sunnie, our in-house certified wedding consultant. With over six years of experience in professional wedding planning (not to mention the advice she doles out to her engaged gal pals) she has been the behind-the-scenes lifesaver for hundreds of happy brides. She’ll be the one who will obsess with you over which shade of white is too white. She’ll be your liason when working with vendors so that your point of view is always present. She’ll be the mediator who makes mountains into molehills. A perfectionist at heart, she’ll be the one with a clipboard and a checklist, making sure every detail of your perfect day flows flawlessly so all you have to think about is looking and feeling fabulous. Your special requests are her priority.

As the founder and owner, Natalie is the true vision behind the Kennedy Creative mission to produce high-touch, high-quality events that reflect the goal of each particular client. With over a decade of experience in the event industry, she uses foresight and hindsight to pave the way for successful growth and change. When she's not creating stellar experiences for an esteemed clientele, including national events for Fortune 500 companies, she is committed to community involvement, lending a helping hand to local non-profits such as Leadership Austin and the Entrepreneur's Organization (EO). With a vested interest in the growth of the event industry, Natalie is also on the board of the Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME) and Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). Both a connector in the community and a leader in the workplace, Natalie sees the potential for greatness in every situation.

Heather keeps the company on track. Whether it’s producing large scale events, doing the math on all accounting matters, or operating as the point of contact on sales calls and site visits, Heather makes sure the train doesn’t leave the station unless all the passengers are securely onboard. With over nine years of operational and sales experience under her belt, she is your ticket to a stress-free trip.

Known as Creative Director, Natalie is our resident artist. With years of experience as a design consultant for interior design projects and home-staging for many upscale clients, Natalie has an expert-eye for envisioning the ideal look and feel needed for events of every shape, size and stature. She’ll whip up a proposal based on the needs of you, the client. From selecting a venue and choosing innovative tours and activities for the group, to incorporating the décor and developing a theme, Natalie considers it her personal challenge to make sure all of the elements work together in a beautiful and creative way. She has the skills and the energy to create your picture-perfect event.
